Published Jul 17, 2019Two days ahead of releasing new album Balance, Obey the Brave have confirmed the departure of guitarist John Campbell and bassist Cory Wilson from the group.
Sharing the news on Facebook, the Canadian band wrote, "Not gonna lie, 2019 started out a little rough. Most of you have noticed the absence of our brothers John and Cory, who have indeed decided to move on. Both are doing great and are now fully committed to their new jobs and family life. We're proud of the boys and wish them the best!"
They continued: "If there's one thing OTB stands for, it's the virtue of hard work, patience and determination in the face of adversity. We wrote Balance during a pivotal moment in our lives and the 3 of us have no intention of slowing down. So much passion and pain went into this album and we can't wait to share it with you all!"
